House 3D and 2D Revit Design Required

Hi,

I have attached a 3D Elevation and Concept Layout in cad format. I want complete house architecture, MEP, PHE and structural consultancy with 3D Revit Model to be done.

I need the following:

Floor Plan
Includes Proper Space Management according to your requirements:
1. 2D Floor Plan
2. Furniture Layout
3. Vastu Compliance (Only Basic. I am not much of a fan of vastu)

3D ELEVATION & 2D ELEVATION
Provide Exterior Look & Virtual View of the house:
1. 3D Front Elevation View
2. 2D Elevation Working Drawing
3. 2D Material Detail
4. Level / Projection Drawing
5. Color Coding

WORKING DRAWINGS
It includes Detail Dimensions of Floor, Walls & Cross Section Details

1. Details Drawings of Doors & Windows: Show the detailed placement of doors & windows with their width, height, location, type of doors & windows
2. Detail Drawings of Toilets & Kitchen: Show detailed structure of Kitchen & Toilet placement. It shows the detailed structure of every object which is to be placed in, such as type of flooring, the label of wall flooring, Pots, Wash Basin, Bath Tub, Details of Corners or any other architectural entity in plan (if any)
3. Detail Drawings of Staircase: Shows the details of stairs, i.e. No. of levels, Height of Risers, Landing Placements, Reinforcement details etc.
4. Dimension Plan

3. Drainage: Includes placement of chambers, waste pipes etc from toilets till outlet and Septic Tank Details.
