House Remodeling with Chief Architect

My wife and I want to remodel and renovate a 40 year old house we just purchased in Puerto Rico.
The house is a 3 bedroom, one story, gable roof, single family home on about an 1/8 of acre. We have a Sketchup model done with some of the remodeling we hope to do. Our contractor needed some construction drawings, however, and Sketchup was not ideal for that task, so we switched over to Chief Architect.
We now need someone to help us complete the model, help us with the remodeling and renovations, and generate construction drawings for the contractor and engineer.
