I'm seeking an experienced engineer to review my house plans, specifically focusing on their structural stability. The review should pay special attention to the design wind speed and compliance with the Florida Building Code.

if that price range is not realistic, then I can adjust accordingly for the engineering stamp. The only thing I would like to note is that I am building this home in Levy County, FL. Their main requirements for these drawings is that the engineer will have to add a note stating the wind design speed for that area, which is specifically in Morriston, FL. And they will also need a statement on the plans that the design complies with the Florida Bldg Code.
