House Plans Renovation
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a professional to help modify my house plans. The modifications will include:
- Changing the configuration of the upper floor plan
- Updating the exterior elevations based on the floor plan changes to the upper level
- Alterations to the electrical plan based on the new floor plans
-New roof line based on the modified upper floor plan.
-Addition of a 3 car garage on the lower level
-Slightly modified foundation plan based on the new 3 car garage.
I want to redesign the configurations of the rooms, change wall placements, and update the flooring plans. The selected freelancer will also need to modify elevations, the roof plan, and the upper floor electrical plan.
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in architectural design and home planning, with specific experience in both interior and exterior modifications.
