House Plan for Residence -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Greetings! I am currently seeking a plan to purchase for a single-family home and I am open to suggestions. The house should consist of two stories and I do not have a specific layout or design idea in mind. Therefore, I require the assistance of someone with experience in creating such plans and suggestions that would fit my needs and budget. I am open to any and all ideas or suggestions and eagerly anticipate hearing back from you. My residence size is 2900 sq. ft, falls within the large category, and I am hoping for a creative house plan that incorporates a blend of traditional and modern materials. Additionally, I am in need of a highly detailed plan that includes all necessary details.. If you can provide a plan that meets my criteria and inspires me, please do not hesitate to contact me. Ground floor: CAR PORCH, COURTYARD, VERANDAH, DRAWING, PRAYER ROOM, DINING AREA, WASH AREA
POWDER ROOM, KITCHEN, WORK AREA, SMOKE KITCHEN, FAMILY LIVING, BEDROOM X 3,
BATHROOMS X 3, CLOSTET COMMON,
Second floor: two rooms with closet (balcony with sitouts), Study+open area, family gathering area with roof top garden.
Prefered open plan and design, modern and not a fan of closed spaces. should have enough space for each sections. Preference ground floor will be the most used space.
Family of four, couples and two small kids. (parents would come over and share the guest room)
Things we like: internal gardens, bridges, open spaces, simplicity
