I am looking for a freelance architect or designer to create a custom house plan for me. I am open to professional's recommendations as I do not have any specific features in mind.

Specific requirements:
- Custom design house plan
- Medium-sized house with 3-4 bedrooms
- Overall are <1600sft including G+1
- Duplex building
- South west plot, south face - 27ft , west face - 57ft
- Road on south 50', west 33'
