House Framing

I need a structural engineer to review a basement and ceiling framing plans and possibly improve them. It is a one-story farmhouse plan that I purchased from Architectural Designs. It uses a combination of LVLs and metal beams for basement beams and uses LVLs for ceiling beams. I would like to: 1) If the framing plan is OK, then to make sure the LVLs and metal beams are correctly sized; 2) Material costs and simplicity of installation are the main concerns. The basement headroom is not a major consideration.
