Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am in the process of buying an old house and I need an expert in design to assist me in optimizing the floor plan. A few options would be appreciated. I want to transform this house into a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an open plan living area. A key part of this project will be enhancing the connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Key Requirements:
- Redesign the current layout (4 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom) into a more suitable floor plan.
- Maximizing space for bedrooms and bathrooms while creating an open plan living area.
- Connecting the Living room and Dining room to the outdoor area.
- Keeping the existing footprint and roofline
- Master Bedroom with ensuite
- All bedrooms to have built in wardrobes
