2D and 3D House Floor Plan Design - AutoCAD
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking an experienced architect or drafter to create a detailed floor plan and 3D illustration for a house from 85' x 40', and 1 floor.
We will work together on my idea by using the current house floor plan as a basis and developing it to a new floor plan. This will be the first pass on design alone and future iterations will add in details like power, water and HVAC systems and fixtures.
The main concept is to have open functional spaces removing as many hallways and cramped spaces as possible. Bring your ideas to the table.
The file Floorplan.jpeg is almost exactly what we are looking for, with the kitchen and great room flipped, a larger mud room/pantry, no Theater room and only a 20' wide screened in patio/breezeway space.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in architectural design software
