House Extension Plans
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for an architect who can take our current residential property's floor plan and draw three plans for floor extensions and internal works based on our brief.
The project requirements include:
- Creation of both 2D and 3D floor plans
- Detailed measurements and annotations must be included within these plans
- Proposing three different layout options based on our brief
- Ability to provide revisions based on feedback (included in pricing)
- Please provide separate pricing for 2D floor plans only and 3D layouts only (we may opt just to proceed with 2D plans in the first instance).
Ideal candidate should have experience in residential architecture and be proficient in 2D and 3D modeling software. They must also have excellent communication skills to interpret and realize our vision accurately.
Brief and existing floor plan will be provided to the successful freelancer. The property is a 3 bedroom single storey property and will extend to four bedrooms with a garage underneath.
