I'm looking for a professional draftsperson who can fine-tune our existing draft plan for a house extension project. The goal is enlarging the space for existing Kitchen & dinning + a new entertainment room. Your duties will include:
- Thorough assessment of our current concept plans and reviewing the viability with respect to Kingston Council, Victoria, Australia requirements.
- Improving the draft design ensuring optimal use of space
- Submitting the final plan to Kingston City Council, Victoria, Australia for permit application (if necessary)
