House Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We want to build a house in QLD on a North facing corner block on a long narrow block 11.2meters wide and 47.2meters long
We have had some preliminary designs with a floor plan that we like but which is main house open plan living and 3 good size bedrooms we have a one bedroom granny flat for inlaws and council requires us to have two indoor garages for main house and one for the granny flat to accommodate this we have had to go up over the garage for the guest rooms of the main house due to the setbacks on the block. But the 2ns storey looks like a box.
