House Blueprint Design

My husband and I are looking to build our forever home. We have drawn up a rough floor plan for the living space, but we are wanting a blueprint we could take to builders and them be able to create our dream. We are wanting all exterior walls to be 6 inches thick, all interior room walls 4 inches thick, and all four of the safe room walls to be 8 inches thick. the dimensions need to remain 60x60 for the house as a whole. The kitchen and living room can be made narrower, the master bedroom can be shortened, and the hallway between the coat closet and nursery can be narrower. If needed the coat closet can be removed. We are looking foreword to having someone bring out dream to reality. Our total height for the home will be 18 feet from floor to the bottom of the rafter
