3- Living room is with double height.
4- 1 x Master bedrooms is a suite with dressing room, shower and a bathtub
5- 2 x Master bedrooms is a suite with dressing room and a toilet
6- Dinning room connected to the living room.
7- Kitchen with backdoor to store.
8- Outside room with toilet for gardner/driver.
9- Outside seating area in the ground floor with decent space for greeneries and small fountains.
10- 2nd floor is for Housekeeper room, toilet, laundry room, guest room and a terrace.
11- land space is around 350sqm with 25m*12m dimensions.
12- Parking for 2 cars.
