House Architect -- 5

Hello, I am in need of an experienced and creative house architect to design a large, modern home for me possibly double floor in European style. I already have a plot of land on which the house should be built, and I am looking for a design with at least five bedrooms. Considering my personal taste and preferences, I would like the architect to create something stylish and inviting, utilizing contemporary designs and materials. This is an exciting opportunity to show off your expertise! The ideal candidate has experience constructing similar projects in the past and must be prepared to provide realistic timelines and budgets. The plot size is 82.02 x 39.37 feet or 25m x 12m. Minimum 10 feet area must be left in front and 10 feet behind as mandatory for the housing people. The plot is South East Facing.
