Budget: $1,000 – $3,000 AUD
It will be a floor plan for a 100 Room hotel .
There will be ample area up to for the structure and gardens and ancillary buildings. Say 6Ha .
The Hotel will have a large reception area with two restaurants either side .
The reception should be 250-300 Sqm . High ceilings. The restaurants should be similar high ceilings and should be able to accommodate 100 guests each .
The rooms should all be single story arranged in wings of 20 rooms x 4 wings . These are standard rooms of 25 Sqm each
There will be a fifth wing of 14 Suites of 10 x 40 sqm and 4 x 50 sqm .
There will be six Self contained seperate Villas . 5x executive of 65 sqm and 1 presidential of 100 sqm .
The suites will be two bedroom in the 40 sqm and 3 bedroom in the 50 sqm .
The suites will have a small dining and kitchenette. And seperate ensuites and powder rooms .
The villas will have full kitchen and dining area
Three bedroom and ensuites with powder rooms .
All rooms will have 3M ceiling heights .
There will be several ancillary buildings
1. Seperate third restaurant
1. Night club entertainment room .
1 Conference room. (With kitchen facilities)
1. Day spa .
1. Gymnasium . With sauna and steam.
1. Staff quarters able to accommodate 40 staff members with its own kitchen facilities.
The 80 rooms will be serviced by one large swimming pool .
The 14 suites will be arranged around their own seperate swimming pool .
Each Villa will have its own private plunge pool . .We will need full architectural floor plans . Working drawings and engineering both structural and hydraulic drawings . Eventually Electrical and plumbing schematics .
