Hotel / Guesthouse / HMO Plans - UK Standard
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I am looking for a creative skilled freelancer who can create architectural plans for a hotel/guesthouse in the UK. UK Standards and Regulations must be met in terms of Fire etc.
- The desired capacity is 17-24 rooms.
Architectural Style:
- Hotel - Modern, rooms that are smart, integrate the bathroom/toilet to open up space
- HMO compact and modern
Interior Design:
- Detailed interior design is not required, only architectural plans are needed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in creating modern architectural designs.
- Knowledge of UK building standards and regulations.
Please provide examples of previous hotel/guesthouse projects you have worked on, especially those with a modern architectural style.
