Area of 275 sequare meter, I want a plan for 4 floors
As following details:
1/basement of 75%of the total Area and contains of 5*8 room+small kitchen +bathroom
And the rest of the area to be used as car parking
1st floor:3*4*5 bedrooms+4*5 kitchen +3*3 sitting area+3*3*3 bathrooms+small hall of area 4.5*5
2nd &3rd floor same to 1st floor
Each floor with its stairs ,which should open to different side
The building should place in zero distance to south direction
The ramp of basement not more 23degree slop
The design should full of all information architecture,civil engineering,furniture….etc
