Home facelift
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking at putting an addition on our home in Sierra Madre CA. We are looking to re paint and repair the siding/stucco around the whole property, re roof, new windows and doors (excluding front door). We would also like to build out a outdoor living space with kitchen in the back yard.
Scope:
-provide designs of exterior of home with material and color call outs (front and back)
-space planning and layout in the back yard
-backyard design to include planting plan.
-need to consider climate and have a mix of shaded and open areas to account for high summer temperatures.
