Looking to redesign my entire house. I have rough plans to follow.


See attached rough floor plans. Looking for full prints to start building.

1. Exterior landscape: Phase I
• New beach sea wall.
• New deck
• Cut down tree
• New docks
• New Dock shed/closet for equipment.
• Two exterior showers for washing off.
• Fire pit for up to 10 people
• Needs to be designed. Do not follow remodel layout.
2. Add square footage to the house, shown in red and remodel the entire home, also see remodel plans for 1st floor. Phase II.
• Mud room
• Pantry


3. Phase III: Add 2nd story master bed and more see rough prints I made.
