Home addition plan
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for a talented pro to help me with the design of a home addition. The project is for a large addition (more than 800 sq ft) to my home. I have a rough design in mind and need someone to take it to completion.
The contractor should be able to provide the full architectural plans, engineering design and detailing, including complete calculations. They should also be capable of executing the construction phase of the project. Proficiency with local codes and regulations is also required.
I expect the contractor to be knowledgeable in the area of home additions and have experience in providing clients with the best practical solutions, making sure that each element stands up to modern safety codes.
