Home Structural Redesign with Loft Advancements

I am looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced structural engineer for a home project.

The main goals are as follows:
- Formulate structural plans that enable possible adjustments to load-bearing walls for maximum utilization of open space while maintaining the structural integrity of the home.
- Redesign the loft ceiling incorporating exposed beams and skylights.
- Identify viable options for replacing support beams.

Due to the nature of this project, proficiency in design software and robust understanding of structural engineering principles are crucial. Please note any specific experience with loft design and renovations in your proposal. It is also appreciated if you have in-depth knowledge about plumbing/electrical accommodations in remodeling projects.
