Home Renovation Draftsman Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm planning a home renovation that involves several key areas - the living room, bathroom, and deck/patio. This renovation also entails structural changes to the spaces.
A successful freelancer on this project should:
- Have experience with residential remodeling design, basic structural engineering concepts and construction
- Be able to interpret my renovation intentions and help ensure they are feasible with the given structural modifications
- Excellent knowledge of local building regulations, materials, and suppliers
- Able to provide 2D drawings of the final layout.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Draftsman qualification or Architecture background
- Demonstrable experience in residential buildings and renovations, particularly living spaces, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.
- Excellent communication and interpretation skills
- Proficient with CAD and other drafting software
Conceptualisation has been done, and I'm looking for a draftsman who can create plans to submit to council for permits.
