I'm planning a renovation where I change the layout of my bedrooms and living room. I need help estimating the construction cost for this minor project.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive knowledge in construction cost estimation
- Experience with home renovation projects
- Excellent communication skills to explain the cost breakdowns clearly

- We don't need an estimate for the green area as it is already finished. Please provide estimates specifically for the blue (first-level) and orange (second-level) rooms.
- The wire frame wall you see in the second-floor hallway is intended to be a solid wall, but it's currently transparent for visualization purposes.
- I added the price for each materials needed.

- The first floor (excluding the green area) needs to be elevated to 0.25 meters
