Home Plans / Blueprints / Drafter for Construction Plans
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm in need of a set of construction plans for a home, we build new homes. The building plans must meet International Building Code 2018. I will provide a floor plan and you would draft up the design and design details. The trusses and floor joists will be engineered by the company we purchase them from.
I have attached the last set of plans we drafted for the home we built.
This must be done within a two-week time frame.
-Past plans you have created will help us make a decision.
Ideally, you will have:
- A strong background in architecture or civil engineering. However, we do not require that you be licensed.
- Experience working on residential construction plans
- The ability to deliver high-quality work under a tight deadline.
