Home Exterior Design Enhancement
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking a professional to help me improve the exterior of my home. The current color scheme is tan cedar with a black roof and trimmed windows, which should remain unchanged.
Key Requirements:
- Design and implement vinyl siding with an aesthetically pleasing layout.
- Conceptualize and integrate a stone façade to the front of the house and the columns. I'm open to various styles of stone façade, so creativity and expertise in this area is key.
- Revamp the current landscaping by adding flower beds and shrubs. A knack for landscaping design will be beneficial.
- Design and incorporate an attached third car garage to my existing two-car garage.

I'm looking at getting some ideas for the exterior of our home. I attached a couple pictures of the exterior our home for reference, but we live in a very typical suburban area in Cleveland, Ohio. Currently, our home is cedar and painted tan with a black roof and black trimmed windows on the front. I'm not looking to change the color scheme, but I am looking to potentially add siding and potentially some strategically placed stone façade to the front of the house, including the columns. I'm also looking at completely changing the landscaping. Lastly, I'm looking at adding and connecting a third car garage to the two car garage that already exists. (Note: I would still need to send you a picture of the sideloading garage).
What are you thoughts? What kind of pricing could you quote me?
