Home Design for a LAKE VIEW LOT
Budget: $1,000 – $3,500 USD
We are looking for an architect to design a home on a lot (land) with a lake view. First we would like a home floorplan at the concept level and show how the house would look like in 3D at the concept level. If we like that then we would like the architect to create plans for the builder.
We are looking for the following experience in an ideal candidate
1. Is an architect.
2. Has done extensive home designs
3. Has good idea about the home construction and the structural know how of home building.
Once the idea is approved we would need the following?
1. Architectural drawings
2. Site plan.
3. Basic Interior planning.
