I need Home Design cost so please bid exact amount and timeframe for this job so i can know the exact cost for this job

so here is full description of the job

- Plot size 1500 Square feet
- Shop Area on ground floor height will be approx. 20-22 feet
- 1 BHK Area on ground floor
- 5 bedroom above ground floor
- 1 big hall above ground floor height will be approx. 20-22 feet this will be in front view
- 1 big kitchen not on height but on area width and length

firstly, I need cost for this job so i can think to award the job to the best suitable and budgeted freelancer, if you have some portfolio that will be good i would like to see that.
