2D Home Design

Hello

I’m looking for an architect with experience to create a 2D plan modern home with furniture and the following requirements:

Floor 1:
* Closed kitchen - size 45 to 50 sm
* Store connected to the kitchen
* Family living room
* Guest living room connected with the family living room, and can be separated by a sliding door or using any other smart idea for privacy
* 2 or 3 bedrooms size 5m x 7m with big windows and bathroom with window and without tube, only standup shower
* Stair and elevator
* 2 maid bedrooms for 2 persons
* 2 driver bedrooms for 2 persons - should be closed from car parking
* car parking
* Laundry room
* BBQ outdoor seating area

Please feel free to add anything else, e.g. toilet, partition, storage


Floor 2:
* 5 to 6 bedrooms size 5m x 7m with big window and bathroom, or 5 and one of them with living room
* small living room

Floor 3:
Use only 70% of the floor to create 2 apartments as follow:
* Appartment1: 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, living room, small kitchen, and office if possible
* Appartment1: 1 or 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, living room,
* shared laundry room
* Roof outdoor seating area

General Information
* The land size for the villa that you will work on is 22m x 52m
* Keep in mind, there is a place for 2 extra villas (find the draft plan)
* Home design should be in L shape
