I have a home in the Caribbean that's unfinished according to the original floor plan. I decked the roof as I had plans to go another floor. I will not be building the next floor but would like a design to make the house look finished and modern.
It would be good to access the roof (since it's decked) as a balcony. Also if there's a need to do a room or two upstairs just to make the design better then that's also okay.
