Home Architect/Designer Needed – US Code Expertise

I'm currently looking for two experts for an ongoing, daily project, with both positions being salaried. The first is a home designer knowledgeable in US building codes, and the second is an engineer capable of providing detailed structural drawings for permits.

For the home designer, we need:
- Detailed Floor Plan(s)
- Foundation and Roof Plans
- Plumbing and Electrical Plans
- Front, Rear, Right, and Left Elevations
- Door & Window Schedules

For the engineer, we require:
- Site Plan
- HVAC Design
- Roof Framing Plan
- Ceiling Plan
- Cross Sections
- Structural Drawings
