Hilltown Residential Land Survey Needed
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I’m getting ready to file for a residential building permit in Hilltown Township and need a complete land survey as the foundational step. The job is strictly the survey itself—boundary and topographic data accurate enough for architectural drawings, grading design, and storm-water calculations that will follow.
Scope
• Locate and mark all property corners and easements.
• Capture full topography with elevations, visible utilities, tree lines, and any noticeable drainage features.
• Provide a signed, sealed survey drawing in PDF plus the raw AutoCAD/Civil 3D file so my architect can pull contours directly into the site plan.
• Supply a brief notes page that lists benchmarks, datum used, and any limitations or assumptions you had to make in the field.
I’m fine with whatever mix of GPS, total-station, or drone photogrammetry you prefer, so long as the end product meets Pennsylvania residential construction standards and is accepted by Hilltown Township reviewers.
Please include in your proposal:
– Estimated field time and turnaround for deliverables.
– Confirmation you are licensed (or working with someone licensed) to survey in Pennsylvania.
– Any recent, similar residential projects you’ve completed in the area.
The sooner I have the finished survey in hand, the sooner we can move on to grading, erosion control, and storm-water design, so a clear timeline will weigh heavily in my decision.
