Hilldene Acreage Property
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 AUD
My partner and I have just recently purchased an 18 acre property in Hilldene.
We are planning to do owner builder and be as involved in the building process as possible.
We are still in the very early stages of everything but understand we need to get the ball rolling on a building draft. There are currently dwelling plans and permits on the property already. However, they are not what we are looking for as it is just a basic metricon home. We will need to either submit new plans or amend the current ones.
We have a pretty good idea on the layout of the home we want, size of the rooms, height of the roofs and ceilings and the position of the house on the property to best face the views and be North-West facing.
If you could please let us know how this process would work ect that would be great.
