Help picking out stock floor plan in Austin Tx

Need floor plan quick and overwhelmed what is online. looking for someone to help me pick out a floor plan that is done that will meet my needs. Looking for 3000 to 4000 square feet. Casita, big windows to wrap around pool. Modern farmhouse/ ranch / Perfabbly detached garage butlers pantry and teen retreat. Lots of plans online, but overwhelming. Just need help picking out quick stock floor plans.

I know there is a perfect one out there just too many to choose from not picky but here are the requirements.

3000 - 4000ish sqare feet
4 bedrooms and office
U, H, or Lshaped to surround a small simple pool
Casita/pool house with extra bedroom
open concept
no formal dining room
Master and inlaw suite on one side and extra bedrooms on the other or teen retreat above the garage. Have college kids and teenager, want them to have their own space when they are home.
