Help us to improvise initial architectural plan

We need someone to help us to fit plan according to our lot, we have tried to create rough of the things what we want still need improvements into it. Looking to build double story 54 square house, to its maximum potential. This plan is on 14m wide and we are on 16m wide.

Required to make rough concept as per Australian Architectural Standards & able to share screen so we can correct it same time.
