# Healthcare Design Review Consultant (Ongoing Project)
## Project Overview
We are developing a major healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia involving the adaptive reuse of an existing building into a specialized healthcare complex including:
* Rehabilitation Hospital
* Long-Term Care Facility
* ICU Services
* Home Healthcare Operations
* Medical Wellness / Medical Spa
* Supporting Clinical and Administrative Services
The project is currently in the design phase and is being developed by an appointed architectural and engineering consultancy using BIM methodology.
## Objective
We are seeking an independent healthcare design reviewer to act as the Client’s technical advisor throughout the design process.
The selected consultant will review all design deliverables submitted by the design consultant at each project stage and provide professional comments, observations, recommendations, and risk assessments before formal approval.
This is not a one-time assignment. We are looking for an expert who can support us throughout the entire design development process.
