This project requires a team of architects, based at Delhi/Haryana, who have first hand expertise in the current rules and regulations of Haryana Town & Cnutry Planning department and HUDA, with regard to Group Housing and with regard to Townships.

At this point we are looking for project report with Indicative Layout for two 5 acre plots, adjacent to each other, at a town at Haryana.

- Ball Park Cost of Construction
- Ball Park development costs - CLU, EDC, IDC, Scrutiny Fees, License Fees etc
- For a good quality construction
- Indicative Cost of Capital
