Groundplan

I am looking for a skilled professional to create an industrial groundplan for an area that is less than 2000 square feet. Although I have a rough idea of what I want, I am open to recommendations and suggestions from experts in the field. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing industrial groundplans and should be able to work with my rough idea to create a functional and efficient layout. Attention to detail and the ability to optimize space utilization are essential for this project.

What I want is:

Parkering are outside for all visitors ( 1 company and 3 appartments ) Company it the one with the door.

2 spaces to rent out for craftsmen or other companies in the need of place for materials and machines.
It could be nice witt a small office of 50m2 with a room to eat in, shower and office and lockerroom
combined with a 100 m2 stock ( sizes could be different - just an idea. I also imagine a wire fense around it.

I need a plan for this with tiles to walk on where need in front of old building too.

Also would be nice to place signs and we are allowed to put up a LED screen outside the road for advertising.
