Grid Layout Concept Plan for Housing Community
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm seeking a professional to design a basic concept plan for a manufactured housing community in Northern Ontario, Canada, with a grid layout style. I have an example of layout style I am looking for. We have a specific density of homes per acre we're trying to achieve and desired size of lots. The community will accommodate single-wide units and include a playground, a community center, and walking trails as its primary amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a grid layout for the community
- Incorporate a playground, community center, and walking trails into the plan
- Ensure the design is suited for single-wide housing units
- Account for bylaw setbacks and other zoning constraints
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting zoning bylaws
- Experience in working with basic surveys (no elevations)
- Prior work on designing manufactured housing communities or trailer parks is an advantage
- Excellent understanding of grid layout design
