Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I dont know what the plans would require but I want to be able to hand these to my county to pull the permits and hand them off to the contractors to pour the monolithic walls and footers as well as to the contractors to pour the floor. Need to assume that the floor will hold up to 20K lbs of a vehicle such as an empty dump truck. The building will be partially burried (left and rear walls into a hill) that will have at the maximum 9' of dirt. The sides will be 10' tall at the minimum inside and the center 12' Tall at the minimum clearance inside (Believe top should be around 14' clearance from the floow). Please see the image attached for an idea of what it should look like.
The sides will be 15' wide each and the center will be 20' wide for a total of around 50' wide
The entire building will be between 32-35' deep.
The exterior will be covered in board and batten painted or stained.
As seen in the image attached, please find the daylight windows at the top of the middle section and a man door on the side of the building. Also, there should be a 6' x 12' porch covering the man door on the side of the building (right side) near the corner.
Inside should be as open as possible. If there is no need for support beams down to the floor, great! But if you need them, they should NOT be intrusive as I may need to move equipment once inside.
Please call or email for additional questions.
