Garage plan

We have this plan (attached) for the unfinished space above our garage. We need it redesigned to include a bedroom. Most everything you see here can be changed, including kitchen, working with the space provisions. Bathroom needs to stay where it is but can be adjusted as designer sees fit. Space needs to be used better, and closet and bathroom which are very big now can be much smaller. Note: we do not need architectural plans to submit to the county -- but a reimagination of the space that we will work with our builder to create.
