Garage to In-Law Suite Conversion
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking a skilled and experienced contractor to transform my garage/basement level from a storage space into a functional one or two-bedroom in-law suite.
Job requirements:
Complete architectural set
Plot plan (include setbacks)
Electrical plan (new meters for new apartment)
Elevations
The house has a zero lot line on the left side. Include any necessary fire details.
Use symbols in the example file and format same way as sample file.
All work must be in chief architect. Files must be released back to me.
Right now I have a very rough chief architect file and some PDFs. Please let me know what other details you need.
Your proposal should include:
- Relevant examples of past work, preferably showcasing garage or basement conversions.
- Your estimated timeline for completion.
