Garage Apartment Remodel

Looking for someone to do functional and modern architectural and interior design for a 400 sq ft garage apartment. The space is taken down to the studs. All plumbing and electrical will need to be replaced so suggestions on best functional layout are welcome. Currently, plumbing for kitchen runs along back wall. Bathroom is in back left corner. Windows run are on every wall. Looking for a modular, clean layout. Will send pictures of space and specfic measurements to selected candidate.
