10x14 addition to rear of house. Single story. No plumbing, but needs electric. Sloped roof. No gable. Existing back door entry into room. Needs a back door added to room with windows as well. will connect HVAC from existing house into room. Room will attach to house between back door and ac unit, at light, to the end of the house. Attached pics of area room will sit, along with a terrible site plan drawing I made.
