Future home plan

Hi, I would like to build a home in South Austin. It is a dream of mine. I currently have a home in New Mexico and one in Dripping Springs Texas. I would like to purchase some land and build on it. I have a vision of the home I want. It is around 2000 sq feet. It is one story and U shaped with a courtyard which is covered and screened-in in the middle. I want the Master Suite or Primary Suite to be on one side with sliders and windows facing courtyard, a beautiful bathroom and large closet. Along the long length would be a Laundry room/Storage area, Kitchen, Island, Dining Table and then Living room with Fireplace. Along the side opposite of the master would be two bedrooms with bathroom between, I have a granddaughter and need a home office area. I would like the hallway to be on back side of bedrooms so bedrooms face courtyard as well. The wall in the great room would be as much glass as possible to show off the courtyard. Along the front of the home I envision a long covered front patio. I am wanting an actual plan to have a goal and purchase to inspire me and keep me focused on the end!!!
