Functional Barn Workspace Creation

I need an architect/designer to draft a 40x60 two-story metal frame barn with stone facade, a skilled tradesperson to conduct soil test for concrete pad, identify best location for well and septic — essentially, someone to see the project through, from cradle to grave. The lower level is to be used for storing farm equipment and materials, while second floor will be a workspace loft with small kitchen, a bathroom and a room to rest. Attached picture drawing of what I’d like it to resemble.

I am looking for a comprehensive quote that includes both labor and materials. Please provide references of similar projects you may have completed.
