Full Set of plans (Architectural, MEP and structural) for a single family residence in Florida

I'm looking for a complete set of architectural, MEP, and structural plans for a new, two-story, modern-style house. We already have the conceptual plans for this so you take those and create the full blue prints. (attached files you can see scope of work from a similar project and also the square footage of the lot and house for this project) You need to be able to stamp and seal the plans so they can get submitted to the city of Miami for building approval!

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern architectural design
- Proficiency in creating detailed structural and MEP plans
- Past experience with designing two-story houses
- Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient building practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Able to get licensed architect, MEP engineer and structural engineer to seal and stamp plans
