Full Revit model + dimensional interior — 1000m² new-build (Dublin)

New-build residential home, ~1000m², Dublin Ireland. Blockwork just started, site at sub-floor stage. I need a senior Revit specialist to produce the final dimensional 3D model of the house from the latest architectural drawings, with the interior also modelled to real dimensions — big items placed at their real size and position (beds, wardrobes, bath, vanity, kitchen islands, built-in joinery, couches, dining tables).

DELIVERABLES:
• .rvt file — the live editable Revit model (non-negotiable, I need to make future edits)
• Enscape walkthrough export
• PDF set of 2D floor plans + key elevations generated from the model

I NEED TWO QUOTES SO I CAN PICK THE SCOPE:
1) Shell only — full architectural shell (walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, roof) to final construction dimensions. No interior items.
2) Shell + interior placement — same shell, plus every big item placed at real dimensions in every room. Styling/finishes do not need to be final in Revit — I handle AI material/finish overlay separately. What I need from Revit is dimensional accuracy so I can trust the model for build decisions.

Please quote both options with timelines in weeks.

INPUTS I WILL PROVIDE:
• Latest architectural drawings (PDF + CAD)
• Per-room brief naming big items and any positional constraints

REQUIRED:
• Senior Revit experience on residential work — portfolio of past projects requested
• Fluent English
• Must deliver the .rvt file at end

NOT IN SCOPE: finishes/materials styling, structural engineering, construction drawings beyond what the model generates natively.

TO BID: brief intro + 1-2 relevant past Revit residential projects, plus two quotes per the scope note above. Fixed price.

Note: posted budget bracket reflects scope 1 (shell only). If your scope 2 quote exceeds the bracket, quote it anyway in your proposal — I can award at your scope 2 price if we pick you.
