Full Building Regulation Plans for householder planning application

I need someone from England (UK) who is qualified and can produce full building Regulations Plans accompanied with working drawing, specification and structural drawings. To be obtained ideally from an Architect. Full drawing plans will be provided in messenger to those who are matched to do it professional and correctly first time.

Note: These Building Regs Plans will be submitted to Buckinghamshire planning department for approval. Hence it must be correct before payment is released.
