Front Yard Landscape & Hardscape Design, including small architectural details on front elevation of house

Job ID: 39240216

Budget: $75 – $150 USD

I'm seeking a comprehensive design plan for my residential front yard. The home is a DUPLEX, two separate living units, 1 on the ground floor -East (left side), the other on the 2nd floor with exterior stairs on the West (right side) of the home. The project involves creating a landscape and hardscape plan that will make the yard functional for ingress/egress, as well as define spaces, create visual interest, and give a sense of separation or sense of privacy to each of the units of the duplex.

Key aspects of the project:
- The design should be complimentary to the 100year old house and it's origins, and architectural style
- It should accommodate pathways, a two-car covered carport (likely on the right side of the property near the house), a single-entry driveway from the street, footpaths from the carport to each unit's entry and other relevant features.
- The landscape should be planned for VALUE, and low cost, it can be rather minimal
- The landscape should be suitable for USA Zone 10a
- "tweak" some of the architectural details of the lower level unit's entry area for aesthetic improvement
- Create a usable and semi-private area for outdoor enjoyment for each unit
-Perhaps split-rail fence flanking the sides of the driveway
- Site plan style drawings required
-Ideally an elevation image too would be IDEAL.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in landscape and hardscape design, particularly for modern duplex homes.
- Strong understanding of architectural details and exterior home design.
- Experience in designing practical and visually appealing pathways and carports.
